Every channel on the Tribrid DVR can be configured for Analogue, HD-CVI, or IP with the simple click of a button. After selecting the channel type, connect your cameras to the video inputs on the back of the unit, or connect them to your network if you’re using IP cameras. Your cameras that you have hardwired to the DVR will begin streaming and recording immediately. Your IP cameras simply need to be added to the device list. This is done in the same fashion as if you were using an NVR. All three technologies can also be displayed simultaneously in, up to, 1080P format. The DVR can record Onvif S format IP cameras up to 1080P resolution.
Other than the Hybrid DVR, the Tribrid’s are just about the first thing in this entire industry to be even close to backwards compatible. In the past, upgrading from one type of system to another always meant swapping out your video recorder in addition to your cameras. For this reason, it may become expensive pretty quickly to upgrade; having a DVR that’s compatible with most cameras currently available, allows greater flexibility & cost effective solutions. This also allows the solution to be in a perfect position to either upgrade everything all at once, or piece it out one camera or technology at a time.
Our 4ch Tribrid DVR units support up to 8TB, HDMI 1080P/VGA/Composite Outputs, real time viewing & recording. The 8 & 16ch Tribrid units support up to 16TB internal HDD capability, HDMI 1080P/VGA/Composite Outputs, 1x HMDI Spot Output, real time viewing & recording. Smart Phone - iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone devices are all supported.
